Depot or Drop Off Repair Service

In some cases, especially when a computer won't turn on or start up, it needs hands on repair. In these cases, we provide a "depot" or drop off service where you can bring the computer to our office and our technicians will repait it in our shop. Depending on the type of service agreement you have with us, this may be done at an hourly rate or included in your plan. Again, we are local so we aren't too far away.

On-Site Technical Support, Installation and Repair

We are also happy to visit your office to provide technical support. This is most often needed during a server install or major software deplayment. Our top managed servic agreemtn inludes needed onsite work and can be purchased with the lower level plans.

Off-Site Backup

Regular backups are an important part of a well run computer network. On-site backups are quickest and easiest and should be part of your regular schedule. However, a good periodic cloud or off-site backup strategy will protect your company during major events. Since the backup is stored off your premesis and not linked directly to your network, it will not be affected by viruses or physcial damage.
